Park Bo Gum’s agency confirms reports of possible military enlistment this August

He will be enlisting in the navy military this August 31.

UPDATE: Korean actor Park Bo Gum‘s agency Blossom Entertainment confirms enlistment in the military this August after earlier reports surfaced earlier in April.

Blossom Entertainment’s official statement regarding Park Bo Gum’s enlistment:

Hello.

This is Blossom Entertainment.

This is an announcement regarding actor Park Bo Gum’s military enlistment.

Actor Park Bo Gum was accepted as a cultural promotion soldier of the navy, and he will be enlisting on August 31, 2020.

He will complete filming for the film “Wonderland” and drama “Record of Youth” (literal title) prior to his enlistment.

We ask for your support so actor Park Bo Gum can fulfill his military duty in good health.

Thank you.

His agency previously said that if he passes the interview and audition for the South Korean Navy military band, the actor will be enlisting in the navy military by August 31. They said:

Because he did everything quietly, only a handful of people know even at the agency. Though there may be much that you are curious about, the situation will change depending on the result, so please understand that it’s difficult to disclose any details at the moment.

Prior to possible enlistment, he is set to appear on the tvN drama ‘A Record of Youth’, as well on the movie ‘Wonderland’, and on his upcoming film ‘Seo Bok’. –Hallyulife.com
