Red Velvet’s Irene and Seulgi confirmed to debut as duo

It will be the first Red Velvet sub-unit since pre-debut!

An official from SM Entertainment, Red Velvet‘s agency, said that Irene and Seulgi are preparing to debut as a unit. It also said that “we will release the album as soon as it is finished.”

This sub-unit will be Red Velvet’s first since its debut in 2014. Irene and Seulgi previously worked together as the unit SR14G during their SM Rookies days before their debut. It is expected to raise fans’ anticipation.
