Korean actress Son Ye Jin and actor Lee Sun Gyun in talks to be part of the upcoming Hollywood film ‘Cross‘.
Son Ye Jin’s agency MS Team Entertainment responds to the reports that the ‘Crash Landing on You‘ actress is going to star in a new film ‘Cross’. The agency stated:
Son Ye Jin is in talks for the movie ‘Cross,’ and the outlook is favorable. Unless there are any huge changes, she’ll be going through with it.
While Lee Sun Gyun’s agency HODU&U also confirms ‘Parasite‘ star’s participation in the said film. The agency’s representative said:
Lee Sun Gyun has received a casting offer for ‘Cross’ and is currently reviewing the offer. He has not yet come to a decision.
According to the report from Korean media outlet Star News, Son Ye Jin is going to star in the upcoming Hollywood film ‘Cross’ along with Hollywood actor Sam Worthington, who is famously known for his roles as ‘Jake Sully’ in the 2009 film ‘Avatar‘ and as ‘Perseus’ in the 2010 film ‘Clash of the Titans‘.
Cross will be a science-fiction film set in the future. The movie will be about the people caught in between the wealthy nation and the impoverished nation. The report says that Son Ye Jin takes the role of ‘Vera’ a tough woman who raises his son alone. She lives near the border of an impoverished nation. While Sam Worthington takes the role of a wealthy man on the other side of the nation.
