The long wait is over for GZBs! After 2NE1’s disbandment and a long year of CL’s hiatus, the Baddest Female is finally back and ready to set the stage on fire again with her two new singles “+H₩A+” and “+5 Star+” with album this 2020! .
On The Late Late Show with James Corden, CL talks about her first upcoming debut album “Alpha” that will be out this month of November 2020. She also performed her “+H₩A+” single!
The 2NE1’s former leader can’t hide the excitement for her first ever album after more than 10 years of performing.
“I mean I have been a performer for as long as I can remember, but this is my first album. I’m excited about that. That I could be creative and free and share all my music and performance with my fans—finally!”

While her “+5 Star+” single is on loop, did you know that Epik High’s Tablo, is one of the lyricist of that song? Together with CL, Jean Baptiste Kouame, Suburban Plaza and Koko LaRoo! It is also produced by Darnell “Got It”, Mutungi, Suburban Plaza, Dave Hamelin and Ton.
This afternoon, CL finally released her official music video for her single “+H₩A+” under KaKao M and Very Cherry. The song is composed by Kurtis McKenzie and Dave Hamelin. While CL, Jean Baptiste Kouame and Tokki written the song lyrics.
